Our winter rates are just the cure for your winter blues. Sandcastle at South Beach offers winter rental rates for the months of November, December, January and February. (Some restrictions apply. See below.) Services include daily trash and towel pickup, fresh linens weekly and housekeeping weekly.

In order to qualify for Winter Rental Rates, reservations must be for 30 days or longer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cannot rent March without February. October, November, December, January and February are available on a single month basis.
Reservation and Cancellation Information: All rates are subject to 13% tax and a destination fee of $1 per day. After a stay of 90 consecutive days, SC sales tax is refunded (which is mailed back at the end of the stay). An advance deposit of $150 is required and is to be received within 10 days after reservation is made. Cancellations must be made over 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, less a $50 service charge.

Services Provided: Fresh linens weekly. Housekeeping services provided weekly. The hotel does not provide tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, etc. All guest must be 21 years or older to book and stay unless or accompanied by a parent / guardian.
