Art Museum
The Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at 3100 South Ocean Boulevard across from the Springmaid Pier. The Art Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and on Sundays from 1-4 p.m. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

Brookgreen Gardens
Brookgreen is the country's oldest and largest sculpture garden where some 550 works of American figurative sculpture are displayed throughout the Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington Sculpture Garden, one of the most beautiful public gardens in the Southeast. In addition, there's a Lowcountry Trail with native wildlife exhibits as well as historical and cultural exhibits that reveal the distinctive life and land of Lowcountry Carolina. Tours and excursions are offered daily, as well as seasonal programs.

Children's Museum of South Carolina
The Children's Museum of South Carolina serves the state and local community, as well as visitors to the Grand Strand area by presenting interactive exhibits and programs in an environment where visitors can "Touch, Explore, and Play" while learning about their world. The Museum is committed to quality interactive exhibits and educational programs. With education being the heart of its programs and the basis on which exhibits are designed, the Museum is successfully reaching out to new audiences.

  The Long Bay Symphony offers diverse and comprehensive programming to the eastern Carolinas region through various entertainment and education opportunities. During the 2003-04 season, the professional orchestra, Youth Orchestra and various ensembles will perform 25-30 concerts for over 20,000 people. The Symphony and its education programs serve a diverse audience including minority populations and the disabled. A large portion of the total 20,000 served during the year, approximately one-third, are young people, ages pre-school through high school.
