Our stay was excellent and Brandon was so helpful with helping us find tickets for two shows we attended during the 8 nights we were there. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and nice, and the location was perfect. We especially liked how the parking garage was attached to the hotel instead of across or down the street like some of the other hotels we stayed at in Myrtle beach in previous years. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future years to come as we are planning on returning to myrtle beach area next year which will be our fourth year visiting. This is not how you could make it better but I would like to take a minute to let you know that Sable that works the front desk is awesome. She not only set us up in a better room for a small upgrade fee. But she went the extra step to make us to not feel we were being a burden and she was kind to our very shy grandson and asked him about the trip and he talked about her all the way back to Tennessee. You have a very professional, caring employee in Sable and I just wanted to comment with something positive. We hope to be back for our 10 year anniversary coming up in August. I'm happy to say that the entire staff far exceeded my expectations. I asked for a room change the morning of our second day and it was arranged with a smile. I left my purse in the first room and did not realize it until several hours later, when another guest had moved into it. The lady at the desk immediately contacted the room and retrieved my purse. I regret that I did not get the name of the young lady who checked me in on Friday, June 24th, the young man who so graciously searched for just the right room to move into on Saturday, or the lady who promptly found my purse on Saturday afternoon. The housekeeping staff on both 5th and 6th floors were also first rate. Hopefully you can identify them and give them my heartfelt thanks. Our stay could not have been better! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms, pool and hotel were kept immaculate. The staff and housekeeping were wonderful. NO bugs of any kind were seen (we were worried about the "bed bug" scare and once in another expensive condo where we stayed, they had huge water bugs). Everyone was just very courteous and had a great sense of humor. The ONLY suggestion I could make was, the buffet in your restaurant didn't keep food during the breakfast buffet. So we didn't really have much to choose from, although 20 minutes later they brought some out after we were about finished eating. Other than that, we were happy about all the amenities and the cleanness of the motel. This was our first time staying at the SandCastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach. It was great! I do not have one complaint. We were treated like royalty. Mary at the front desk check in was so accommodating and was very happy to help when I told her that I did not do elevators and the tenth floor would not work for me. She immediately with a smile changed our room and saved my weekend of stair climbing! Thanks Mary! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return as guest again this summer! My husband and I decided to stay at Sandcastle South Beach because my mother has stayed at the hotel and highly recommended it. We arrived at the hotel at around 8pm and the staff was ready and waiting for us. It made us feel so welcome. The front desk staff offered lots of information about area attractions and activities including a nearby Par 3 course.

When we checked into our room, we were surprised at how it was decorated and furnished. We high-fived each other because we knew that we had found a bargin! Granite countertops, beautiful furniture, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous bed linens were awaiting our arrival. Along with tons of channels and internet. The maid service was very professional and only entered when we needed items like towels, etc.

I can't say enough good things about Sandcastle South. It is so quiet and is not in the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but it is still very close to everything.

We are planning another trip up to Myrtle Beach in the next few months and will definitely be staying at Sandcastle South

My wife and I stayed at the Sandcastle South during Thanksgiving and had a wonderful, relaxing Thanksgiving weekend. The staff at the hotel could not have been more accommodating . The room was neat, clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. Woke up Sunday morning to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Very convenient to everything in Myrtle Beach. Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach was an awesome stay. It fit the family setting and the staff was great! The kitchenet came in handy a few days out of the week. First of all we absolutely enjoyed staying with you, everyone was courteous and caring. We have no complaints at all with the exception of room safe. We would recommend having room safe's installed in the rooms (even if the cost was rolled into the room rate). It is difficult leaving personal effects in a room that has no safe. I know there is a place at the front desk, but it isn't the same as having a safe in your room. Other than this, we had a great time at your resort and will be returning again and again. I work for the School Board and will be passing along for my colleagues to stay at Sandcastle South Beach. Once again thank you for the wonderful time that we had. Everything was great. After about 2 hours of looking we stopped at the Sandcastle and that was the end of our search. The room was nice, it was clean and very affordable. We are a family of 4 includes 2 children. We stayed Friday and left today (Monday) we REALLY enjoyed the Sandcastle! It had so much to offer not only for us but, for our children. Our stay with Sandcastle Resorts was very good. We were in room 411 and our housekeeper was very courteous in cleaning our room around our 18 month old son's nap time. Looking forward to a return visit next summer. Thank you all for a very comfortable stay. William from Wayne, WV

We came down there in October of last year. We stayed at your hotel. The workers that you have are the best. They are so wonderful and nice. Our room was so clean. We were with my daughter. My husband and I got stuck on the Ele with one of your staff for about 10 mins. We had a blast. He was so funny. I think he was your handy man. Anyway he was wonderful. My husband and I are disabled but while we were there we felt like kids. Thank you so much for that!!!!!! We hope we can come again this year.

My wife and I stayed at your resort May 6th thru May 9. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and thought your hospitality was outstanding! We would like to commend your staff. Especially Deana, who worked until 11 p.m. on May 9th. Our car had a dead battery and she offered to help us after her shift was over.
