What time is check-in?

Check-in is 4pm or later.

Check-out is 11:00 am.

Can I check-in early and check-out late?

We cannot guarantee an early check-in as our housekeeping staff needs time to turn over the rooms. And the same applies for checking-out late, we cannot guarantee a late check-out due to the need for housekeeping to turn the rooms over.

Can I adjust my reservation?

Yes, if you booked directly through our hotel you can contact our front desk. If you booked through a third-party reservation system (Hotels.com, Booking.com, Expedia or Priceline) you will have to contact them.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation fee is 20% of the deposit if canceled prior to 14 days of arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival or for early departure. Groups may have a different policy. This will be provided to you. If you booked through a 3rd party, that company will tell you the cancellation terms.

Can I get a refund for early departure?

We do not issue refunds for early check-out.

How much is the security deposit?

When paying in cash, a security deposit of $200 is taken at check-in, but will be refunded at check-out as long as there are no damages to the room. Will I need a credit card at check-in?

Yes, the guest will need to present the credit card used to make the reservation and a valid I.D at check-in.

What does the resort fee include?

The use of all amenities at the hotel such as the water amenities, one parking place and wifi. Special events the hotel offers like our Summer and Holiday Events. Use of the in-room safe; credit card "toll free" and local calls, DVD Now Movies and tickets/discounts with our Destination Fun Package.

Are there handicap rooms available?

Yes, we have a limited number of handicap rooms available. Please call the hotel for additional information.

Is there free parking?

Yes. One parking pass per unit is included with your stay.

Yes, a wireless network is available throughout our resort.

Is there a restaurant at the resort?

We have a seasonal restaurant on the property that serves a buffet styled breakfast from 7am - 11 am. Adults are $7.99 plus tax and kids 9 and under are $4.99 plus tax.

What amenities are available?

One Oceanfront Pool, one Indoor Pool, one Kiddie Pool, one Endless River, one Hot Tub and a Seasonal Poolside Cabana Bar.

What are the pool hours?

9am - 11pm

Are the pools heated?

Yes, both our indoor and outdoor pools are heated to 88 degrees.

Am I allowed to have a cooler at the pool?

Absolutely no coolers are allowed at the pool per state law.

Are there pool towels available?

Yes, we have towels by the pool area but you may want to bring your own beach towel. These towels should not leave the pool area.

What age do you have to be to stay with us?

We accept adults 25 years or older to stay with us or accompanied by a parent / guardian.

Do you accept pets?

I'm sorry. We do not accept pets.

What housekeeping services are available daily?

Daily towel exchange and trash pickup.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also welcome traveler checks. All payments must be in US dollars.

What is the difference between an Oceanfront Room and Oceanfront Suite?

An Oceanfront Room sleeps 4 people with 2 Queen Beds, 1 TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Private Balcony. An Oceanfront Suite sleeps 6 with a max of 4 adults. The suite boasts 2 Queen Beds, 2 TVs, a Wall Bed, Stove, and a Private Balcony.

Do all rooms have a Private Balcony?

Yes! All of our rooms are oceanfront!

Do you have any golf packages?

Yes, we offer several golf packages to select from. Click here to view our golf packages.

Do you have an exercise room?

No, but the front desk can direct you to a fitness center nearby.

Do you have in-room movies?

Yes, through DVD NOW. All units have DVD Players and movies are available through a machine in the lobby.

Yes, there is a business center in the Lobby area for guest renting with our onsite rental company.
